Your mission:

Your mission:

  • Initial review and assessment of projects in terms of stage and financial viability via our platform

  • Supporting issuers in the issuance preparation process, ensuring a thorough technical review of projects as well as calculations to ensure a uniform standard

  • Assisting issuers in the preparation of relevant documents

  • Responsibility for the conclusion of contracts between issuers and Wattify

  • Support issuers in the execution of the issue and ensure Wattify standards in communication and answering technical questions

  • Develop technical standards and review procedures for projects

  • Responsibility for reviewing new technologies in terms of their suitability for Wattify

  • Continuously conduct market intelligence and market and competitive analysis from a technical perspective

Your profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a project manager, project engineer or in technical sales in the field of renewable energies, preferably solar energy

Your mission:

  • Addressing potential new customers as issuers on our platform

  • Processing of incoming inquiries and initial evaluation of potential issuers and projects

  • Supporting project management in obtaining the relevant documents and initial assessment of projects

  • Supporting issuers in the entire issuance process including the preparation of prospectuses, WIB and other documents

  • Responsibility for the conclusion of contracts between issuers and Wattify

  • Support of issuers in the communication with investors

  • Development of a long-term sales concept

  • Support in the development of the marketing concept

  • Establishment of a network among issuers and suitable startups as well as universities and other suitable stakeholders

  • Support in the planning and implementation of trade fairs and events

Your profile:

Wattify - Senior Marketing Manager

Your mission:

  • Overall coordination, planning and execution of all (mainly digital) marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns and internal coordination e.g. with PR and UKomm.

  • Planning and execution of online events and webinars, in collaboration with other departments.

  • Monitoring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns with associated evaluation against targets (ROI and KPIs)

  • Identify trends and gain insights with corresponding optimization of spend and performance

  • Design, build and maintain social media presences with a focus on the (B2B2C) FinTech sector while researching social opportunities

  • Experience with LinkedIn and XING platforms, Instagram, etc.

  • Responsible for brand monitoring, social listening and sentiment analysis.

  • Collaborate with team to develop new and innovative growth/lead generation strategies

  • Plan, execute and evaluate experiments and conversion tests

  • Collaborate with other internal teams to create landing pages, microsites and optimize user experience

  • Implement and adapt digital strategy, including during events and trade shows

  • Leverage strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing or comparable qualification.

  • Relevant work experience in a digital marketing or advertising position, ideally in the (B2B) fintech sector OR in the platform environment and the related challenges

  • High level of creativity with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Proven experience in creating, leading, and managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns

  • Experience identifying target audiences and developing digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate existing and/or potential customers

  • Confident in optimizing as well as automating landing pages, funnels, and workflows

  • Proficient in A/B testing and multivariate experiments

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Datastudio, SEMrush, others)

  • Familiar with setting up and optimizing social media ads and Google AdWords campaigns

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • HubSpot experience is a strong plus

  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics

We are looking for an experienced backend developer who can also optionally take on an architect role and/or perspective a team leader position. This includes:

  • Working in an international team (team language is English).

  • Developing containerized server applications (microservice backend for our applications) based on technologies suitable for the use case. (Currently in use: JavaScript / Nest as well as Java / Spring).
